Refund Policy

At Liquid Luv, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. Because session spots are reserved exclusively for you, our cancellation and refund terms are structured around the amount of advance notice provided prior to your scheduled session time:

1. Cancellation Windows & Refund Tiers

  • Full Refund (7+ Days Notice): If you cancel your session at least 7 full calendar days (168 hours) prior to your scheduled start time, you are eligible for a 100% refund of any session fees paid.

  • 50% Refund (More than 48 Hours Notice): If you cancel between 48 hours and 7 days prior to your scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative costs and reserved slot availability.

  • No Refund (Less than 48 Hours Notice): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. At this stage, our team has already committed time and resources to prepare for your session, preventing other clients from booking the slot.


2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session to a future available date and time without penalty.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours: Requests made less than 48 hours before your booking are treated as a late cancellation under the refund tier above.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel or reschedule your session:

  1. Send an email to welcome@liquidluv.co.uk with the subject line Cancellation Request - [Your Full Name] - [Session Date].

  2. Include your booking confirmation number and the date/time of the scheduled session.

  3. Cancellations are timestamped based on when your written notice is received.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment processors outside our control may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations by Liquid Luv

In the rare event that Liquid Luv needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, emergency, or trainer/specialist illness. You will be offered the choice of rescheduling to a future date that suits your schedule or receiving a full 100% refund immediately.
